TOHO Animation has released the video for The Apothecary Diaries episode 24 inserting the song “When Wishes Bloom (Omoi Saku Toki)” by Aoiema. The song is introduced in the final episode when main character Maomao performs a farewell dance for a redeemed prostitute. This is an edited version of the insert song in episode 12 titled “Flowers in the Snow (Secchuuka)” by Kanako Kishi. Both songs are on the recently released official soundtrack and were composed by Satoru Kosaki with lyrics by Mashiro Uchida. Watch The Apothecary Diaries episode 24 with song below:
Pre-insert songs in The Apothecary Diaries include “Omoikaze” from episode 3, “Asu To Tazunete” from episode 9, “Fflower in the Snow” from episode 12, and “Blaze of Clear Sky” by Daichi Takenaka from episode 19 Anime music videos have also been released on TOHO's YouTube page, as well as official releases on multiple streaming platforms.

Apothecary's Diary is a Japanese light novel series written by Lucy Hyuga and illustrated by Toko Shino. Shunfunotomo's Hero Bunko is currently publishing the light novel series, J-Novel Club is publishing the English digital version, and Square Enix is publishing the novels in print.
The series also has two manga adaptations: the manga of the same name by Itsuki Nanao, illustrated by Nekokurage in Square Enix's Monthly Big Gangan; and “Kusuriya no Hitorigoto: Maomao no Kokyu Nazotoki Techo (Apothecary Diary: Manual for Solving the Mystery of Maomao's Palace Monastery)” by Minoji Kurata in Shogakukan's Gene-X Monthly Sunday Magazine.
TOHO Animation and OML animated the series The Apothecary Diaries, which has a total of 24 episodes. It is available on Netflix and Crunchyroll in select regions. Crunchyroll describes the plot: Maomao lives a peaceful life with her medicine-selling father. Until one day, she was sold as a lowly servant to the emperor's palace. But she has no intention of living a life of royal compliance. So when the royal heirs fell ill, she decided to step in and find a cure! This catches the eye of Jinshi, a handsome palace official, who promotes her. Now, she's making a name for herself solving medical mysteries!
