The previously revealed English dub for the Rascal Does Not Dream anime is an error, according to a statement by Aniplex of America. The label on the Blu-ray edition of the first season and the film Rascal Does Not Dream of a Dreaming Girl, released on November 14 of this year, “mistakenly lists” English audio, even though the disc does not have it. Aniplex requests that buyers contact Crunchyroll support if they have questions or concerns about their purchase. Those who purchased the release at Anime NYC should contact Aniplex directly:

Rascal Doesn’t Dream About Bunny Girl Senpai (Seishun Buta Yarou wa Bunny Girl Senpai no Yume wo Minai) is based on the Japanese light novel series written by Hajime Kamoshida and illustrated by Keji Mizoguchi. Publishing began in April 2014 and is still ongoing with a total of 11 volumes released to date. The series was adapted from a manga by Tsugumi Nanamiya, which ran from December 2015 to 2018. The series received a 13-episode anime adaptation by studio CloverWorks, as well as the aforementioned sequel film titled title Rascal Does Not Dream of a Dreaming Girl. Another sequel film, titled Rascal Does Not Dream of a Sister Venture Out, premiered in June this year while the film Rascal Does Not Dream of a Knapsack Kid followed in December. The anime series will continue with the recently announced adaptation of the University Arc.
