Let’s start with Fabio Zaccheroni when he encounters a monster trying to steal his book.
By the way, this little beast will probably play a role later on, it won’t appear out of nowhere.
Now, head back to Sargant Mansion as Alcyone has finally arrived to stop Lizbeth’s plans, although Chise Hatori thwarted Lizbeth’s plans. cruel grandmother and saved Philomela from being disintegrated forever.
Unfortunately, Chise and her friends will have to face The Testament of Carnamagos, where this terrifying eye still wants to sacrifice.
Additionally, Lizbeth Sargant is still alive because she will not give up until her wish to get her son back is fulfilled.
Hell, she even resurrected one of her minions to get what she wanted. This cannot be helped when Lizbeth gets lost because of Carnamagos.
Luckily, there was a female wolf where she defeated one of Lizbeth’s undead minions and pushed it towards the wall. Of course, the female wolf runs the risk of being stabbed by Carnamagos.
That is until Alcyone steps in to save the werewolf…with his own body. Damn it, it’s getting worse!
But let’s focus on Alcyone for a moment as she wants to give something important to Philomela before her body turns to dust.
It turns out she wants to give back the memories of Philomela’s parents stored in her body.
The saddest part for Alcyone is that she can’t know whether those happy memories are just recordings or not, but I feel like every moment in them feels so real.
And so, Alcyone died when her artificial body was turned into a pile of feathers.
Not only that, there is a new discovery that the artificial fairy is made from the corpse of a blue bird. On the other hand, Alcyone’s death did cause something.
It turns out that the fairy’s death summoned Adam Sargant or rather its curse when he was tasked with killing Lizbeth as part of Adam’s final plan.
Of course, Lucy Webster doesn’t want to see her evil grandmother die just yet because she wants answers about why Lizbeth ordered two werewolves to kill her own family.
But just as Lucy demands some answers from the evil matriarch, they need to deal with Carnamagos as the terrifying eye releases its tentacles to consume Lizbeth Sargant.
Additionally, the cursed entity tries to destroy the werewolf, even though she is still alive for some reason. The goddess joins the fight.
It is Morrigan where the goddess of war still craves more bloodshed. And it’s just right that she shows up at the right time because Morrigan will have a fun battle with Carnamagos.
By the way, Philomela tries to reach her father’s vengeful spirit, but Adam tells her to stay still because he is just a curse created to destroy Lizbeth.
And speaking of Adam’s curse, he’ll lend Morrigan a helping hand as he’s about to transform into a weapon fit for the goddess of war.
He essentially becomes the spear for the goddess of war when Morrigan will face off against Carnamagos. Oh yes, Ruth joins the hunt when the goddess of war tells him to distract the monster while she targets the eye.
But yeah, good luck to Morrigan and Ruth because the cursed entity is quite powerful. One slip and they are history!
This means children cannot put themselves in danger and fight Carnamagos recklessly, as the werewolf brings Lucy Webster and Isaac Fowler to safety.
Speaking of Lucy Webster, she questions the werewolf about why she participated in killing her own family. And the werewolf’s answer was quite shocking, to say the least.
It turns out that Lizbeth Sargant gave the Will of Carnamagos to the Webster Family, meaning it was Lucy’s family that conspired with the Sargant Family matriarch.
What about the massacre? I have a feeling that the Webster Family knew so much about Lizbeth’s plans that she ordered two werewolves to kill everyone. But even if she wanted to use the cursed book to resurrect her dead son, there was another entity who wanted The Testament of Carnamagos and may have orchestrated the massacre.
But let’s cut to the scene instead of running away and letting the goddess of war attack Carnamagos, Chise Hatori and her classmates decided to stop Lizbeth Sargant and the cursed book themselves.
Of course, they need adult supervision, which is why Elias Ainsworth offered to help the students by dividing his body into parts. two.
Anyway, the only way to stop Carnamagos is to retrieve the cursed book and break the spell.
The problem is that the book is in the eye, but there’s nothing to worry about because Chise has ordered Morrigan to cut out that eye.
And as you can see, the goddess of war cuts Carnamagos’s eye clean out. Although she frees the evil matriarch, it is important that Philomela is able to retrieve the cursed book and break the spell.
Of course, she needs her friends to help Philomela because it takes a lot of energy to send the disgusting creature back to where it came from.
So it looks like we’re reaching the end of The Ancient Magus’Bride Season 2 as it’s up to Philomela Sargant to stop her grandmother’s plans once and for all. See you next time at the finale!
