Go. However, Tanjiro has decided to choose his future friend and later in episode 3, he is forced to try to have a friendly chat in Genya's room, who rudely tells him to leave.

Genya tells him that he is scary and should have thrown it away, but Tanjiro says that he intends to return it, causing Genya to kick him out of the room.
9 Giyu tied up a confused Inosuke
Demon Slayer season 1, episode 19.
Inosuke always tried to become the best assassin by challenging those he considered strong opponents, but that had little effect on him on Mt. Natagumo. Inosuke is stunned by the power Giyu displays when he kills the Spider-Father, but his excitement is comically ignored by Giyu, who gives him a confused look before turning away. Inosuke challenges Giyu to a duel and tells him that, since he killed the Twelve Moons, by defeating him, he will become the strongest Demon Slayer. Giyu just tells him to go back to training, which comically angers Inosuke.
Giyu unties a bundle of ropes while telling Inosuke that Father is not the Twelve Moons, and suddenly Inosuke finds himself tied to a tree. Inosuke's reaction was almost immediate, but it was too late, and surprised by Giyu's speed, he just watched Giyuu walk away and left Giyuu alone. Inosuke shouted for him to come back and untie him, but Giyu left him there, and he then had to be untied by Kakushis.
8. Tengen's early cremation
Demon Slayer season 2, episode 18.
When someone is about to say their last words to the precious people in their life, it should be a sad and touching moment, but that is not the case for Tengen Uzui. Tengen is on the brink of death at the end of the Entertainment District Arc, but his wives are as flashy as ever, preventing him from having a sad farewell. Suma cried so loudly that it drowned out Tengen's attempts to speak, which greatly upset Makio, who tried to stuff ice into Suma's mouth to silence her.
The three wives continued to discuss, a confused Uzui just stared at the situation, thinking he would die before saying the last word. To his surprise, Nezuko just charged and burned him with her Blood Demon Jutsu. Uzui's wives are horrified, and Suma humorously reprimands Nezuko, telling her that It's too early to cremate him. Luckily, Nezuko removed the poison so Tengen will have another chance in the future to try to say his last words.
7 Gonpachiro Kamaboko
Demon Slayer season 1, episode 14
Inosuke Hashibira is one of the funniest characters in Demon Slayer. One of the funny things in the series is his inability to remember people's names so he always gives them funny nicknames. With Tanjiro, Inosuke always changes names in funny combinations.
When the Slayer Trio followed the crow after the battle ended in the Drum House Arc, Inosuke took a liking to Tanjiro and challenged him to a duel, call him Gonpachiro Kamaboko.
Tanjiro gets angry and asks him who that is, Inosuke tells him that it's his name, and the two begin to discuss, which causes Zenitsu to wake up and tell them both to be quiet. Demon Slayer fans agree that Gonpachiro Kamaboko is the funniest nickname Inosuke calls Tanjiro.
6 times Tengen tried to tell the trio about his wives
Demon Slayer season 2, episode 9.
In episode 2 of the Arcade Arc, Uzui reveals to Tanjiro, Zenitsu, and Inosuke that they will infiltrate the district to find his wife. Zenitsu misunderstood and assumed that Uzui wanted to find a bride to marry, and he was deeply offended.
When Uzui tells them that he has not one but three wives, Zenitsu remembers his unsuccessful love life and his inability to find himself a girlfriend, which makes him angry and shout so big Uzui punches him to knock him out. The situation became more humorous when Inosuke told Uzui that his wife was probably dead, which made Uzui angry and also punched Inosuke.
5 When Inosuke climbed up to the ceiling
Demon Slayer season 3, episode 1.
Tanjiro has been unconscious for weeks, recovering from the injuries he suffered during the battle in the Entertainment District Arc. When he finally woke up, he was welcomed by everyone in Butterfly Mansion. Tanjiro asks what happened to Inosuke, and Aoi tells him that he was near death for a while due to poisoning.
In a truly humorous exchange, Tanjiro says he must be imagining seeing Inosuke and everyone slowly looks up to find him. Inosuke is stuck on the ceiling. This scene gets better when at the end of the episode, in the post-credits scene called “Secrets of the Taisho Era,” it is revealed that Inosuke climbed up to the ceiling the day before and spent the entire time whispering. causing Tanjiro to wake up, growing angrier and angrier as he did so.
4 Inosuke foils a swordsmith's attempt
Demon Slayer season 1, episode 25.
Inosuke is the wildest character in Demon Slayer, and his nichirin dual swords with tooth-like blades reflect his wildness very well. Inosuke's sword was broken during the battle on Mount Natagumo. Then, his swordsmith, Kanamori, came to the butterfly mansion to deliver him brand new swords. Kanamori was really proud of his work, telling Inosuke how this was the first pair of twin swords he had ever created.
However, Inosuke walked out and used a rock to smash the sword, causing the blade to chip in several places, much to the horror of Kanamori, who had to be held back by Tanjiro. Tanjiro then takes the responsibility of apologizing to the offended Kanamori just like a father would for his child's problematic mischievous behavior.
3 The God of Festivals' most flashy introductions
Demon Slayer season 2, episode 9.
Tengen Uzui is a truly unusual character, and his introduction to the main trio is as flashy as expected, calling himself “God” and calling them trash. The introduction of the whole Uzui thing is really absurd, and it's worth noting that the only person who finds it strange is Zenitsu, who also isn't exactly the most normal character in the series.
When Tanjiro asks Tengen what god he is exactly, he says he is the “God of Festivals,” and Inosuke, feeling he has found a kindred spirit, also introduces himself as “ Mountain God”, but Tengen just appeared confused and told him that he was really scary, possibly causing Inosuke to go into a rage.
2 Tanjiro's psychological pressure on Giyuu
Demon Slayer season 4, episode 2.
In episode 2 of the Demon Slayer Hashira Training Arc, sweet and innocent Tanjiro displays some truly questionable behavior, trying to encourage Giyu to participate in the Hashira Training. Tanjiro thought Giyuu needed friends to cheer him up so he never left his side, disturbing him to regain his fighting spirit and starting the healthiest psychological pressure in anime. Tanjiro stays by the window while Giyu is bathing, waking him up in the morning, eating with him, patrolling with him at night, and even waiting for him right outside the bathroom.
The funniest thing was that Tanjiro did all of this while showing a bright and humorous expression. The standout scene of the episode is Tanjiro's thought process that leads him to conclude that what he needs to do is Challenge Giyu to an eating contestto Giyuu's surprise, he finally accepted and took part in Hashira training thanks to Tanjiro.
1 Haganezuka's angry moment
Demon Slayer Season 1 Episode 5 – Episode 25; Season 3, Episode 3.
It's hard to pick a specific scene of the cranky swordsmith. Haganezuka has a rather hot temper and is not good at dealing with people, according to Kotetsu, that is the reason why he cannot find himself a wife despite his good looks. For Haganezuka, swordsmithing is his greatest obsession, and because he always breaks the swords he makes for himself, Tanjiro becomes worthy of his hatred.
Demon Slayer fans should always expect some aggressive behavior from Hotaru Haganezuka towards Tanjiro or a revenge murder plot for breaking the sword. Haganezuka even sent Tanjiro a threatening letter wishing him to be cursed. Without a doubt, Haganezuka's scenes caused a lot of laughter and made him worthy of being at the top.
