Slated for release on November 9, the expansion will be available on PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S, and PC via Steam. This much-anticipated expansion is expected to deliver over 20 hours of new content, including quests, new dungeons, and thrilling boss battles.
Taking place one year after the events of the original game, the story revolves around Alphen and The Six, who find themselves in a complicated predicament. Both were hailed as Heroes of Dahna’s Liberation and condemned by the Renans as Destroyers of Rights. Fate takes an intriguing turn when Alphen and his companions encounter Nazamil, a young girl born to Lords Renan and Dhanan.
The story explores Their mission is to change the fate of this girl, who will suffer the curse of a mysterious mask. Players will embark on this adventure with a tight-knit group, facing new challenges and witnessing a world that has evolved since the climax of the original storyline.

Tales of Arise was originally released for PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S, and PC via Steam in September 2021, in both Western and Japanese markets. Despite the initial release planned for 2020, Bandai Namco postponed the launch due to the ambitious nature of the project.
The development of the franchise was led by Yusuke Tomizawa (known for “God Eater”) and the game’s animation was skillfully created by famous studio ufotable. Notably, Tales of Arise’s longtime artist Minoru Iwamoto serves as art director for the first time in the franchise’s history.
