Only 6 days left until the final chapter (177) of Tease Master Takagi-San by Soichiro Yamamoto was released, a new spin-off manga was announced.
The new spin-off manga is titled “Karakai jouzu (?) no Nishikata-san“. The story is expected to begin serialization in the December 2023 issue of Weekly Shonen Sunday magazine, which will be released on November 10, 2023.
The plot of Karakai jouzu (?) no Nishikata-san follows Takagi and Nishikata’s daughter Chi and her classmate as a middle school student.
Although these two characters appeared in “Karakai Jōzu no (Moto) Takagi-san,” but this new spin-off manga mainly revolves around them.
Karakai jouzu (?) no Nishikata-san will be illustrated by Inaba Mifum, artist of Karakai Jōzu no (Moto) Takagi-san.
Teasing Master Takagi-san is a Japanese manga series written by Soichiro Yamamoto. The series began serialization in Shogakukan’s manga magazine Shonen Sunday Mini on June 12, 2013, and then moved to the main magazine Weekly Shonen Sunday on July 12, 2016.
As of March 2023, it has been collected into nineteen tankobon volumes.
The series is scheduled to end on October 12, 2023.
A spin-off manga series titled Ashita wa Doyobi
strong> was serialized in the Yomiuri Chukosei Shimbun newspaper from November 7, 2014 to November 2015. The second spin-off manga series, titled Koi ni Koisuru Yukari-chan was serialized in Weekly Shonen Sunday magazine from July 12, 2017 to April 11, 2020.
The third side story, titled Karakai Jozu no (Moto) Takagi-san is about adult Takagi, now married to Nishikata, and their friends. daughter Chi, started joining the MangaONE app on July 15, 2017. The manga has been collected into eighteen tankōbon volumes.
