Studio Ghibli has just re-released a limited edition floral and fruity body spray inspired by two of Hayao Miyazaki’s most iconic films.
For 2,200 yen, Ghibli fans can get their hands on new perfumes inspired by Howl’s Moving Castle and Kiki’s Delivery Service. After a limited restock at Studio Ghibli’s official store, Donguri Sora, the perfumes “Howl’s Moving Castle White Bouquet Fernanda Body Splash” and “Kiki’s Delivery Service Maria Regale Fernanda Body Splash” are joined by one perfume inspired by one of the few films not directed by Hayao Miyazaki or Isao Takahata: the “Whisper of the Heart Classic Tea Fernanda Body Splash” fragrance. All come in 95mL / 3.2 FL OZ sizes.

Studio Ghibli co-founder Hayao Miyazaki revealed his relief in a new video at completing The Boy and the Heron after seven years of continuous work.
White Bouquet blends tuberose, rose and cedarwood, reminiscent of the flowers blooming in Howl’s secret garden, while Maria Regale brings jasmine, pear and lily of the valley. Valley in “an elegant and watery scent that highlights the cuteness of adults. ” The classic tea has a blend of yuzu, black tea (Earl Gray) and amber. Previous recent additions include miniature vases inspired by My Neighbor Totoro and the adorable Kiki’s Delivery Service, introducing buyers to floral scents both inside and outside the home with the new fragrance collection . The scent is described as refreshing, light and can be used as a “light perfume substitute” if desired.
Donguri Sora continues to launch high-demand items, including Howl, Spirited Away and Kiki-inspired towels, Totoro plushies, bean bags, etc. inspired by cherry blossom season and even a fun spin on the popular game Jenga, with the Castle in the Sky character puzzle game. Outside of Donguri Sora, Perfect World Tokyo’s accessible Totoro ornaments collection and Kiki’s Delivery Service bag collection mean Ghibli fans are spoiled for choice when it comes to their favorite films from famous movie studio.

A new animated short from Hayao Miyazaki captures the magical appeal of the series before Howl’s Castle and the Hatter Factory arrive in the new Witch Valley park area. Fans of Kiki’s Delivery Service will also be able to explore Okino Residence and Guchokipanya Bakery when the new area opens on March 16, 2024.
The majority of the films in Studio Ghibli’s anime collection, including Howl’s Moving Castle and Kiki’s Delivery Service, are available to stream via Max.
