Box office tracker Kogyo Tsushin reports that the box office revenue of Spy x Family CODE: White has exceeded 4.85 billion yen ($32.9 million). More than 3.6 million people have seen the film, which means the film is getting closer and closer to the 4 million goal set before the film’s release. 4 million booklets were printed for moviegoers. This booklet includes an original manga and special interviews with the cast and staff. This latest box office report also means that Spy x Family has added 1.4 billion yen to its total in 11 days.
With Spy x Family CODE: White reaching 3.6 million viewers in 24 days, adding 227,000 viewers last weekend, it’s well set for the film to reach the 4 million views milestone within a month. The commercial success of Spy x Family follows viral ad campaigns with Disney’s Wish and the epic Yor vs. Chun Li in Street Fighter IV, also coming off a well-received second season, ranked 12th in Anime Corner’s Fall 2023 Season Rankings.

Next up for the series is a global release on Crunchyroll, with screenings in the US, UK, etc. While there has been no confirmation of any anime adaptations of Tatsuya Endo’s manga, fans can expect the franchise to continue its momentum at the Spy x Family event announced for Summer . 2024. The first Spy x Family game: Operation Diary will also launch on PS4 and PS5 later this year.
