Review and summary of episode 3 of solo leveling up: Real life missions
The episode begins with a gruesome scene right from where we see Jinwoo bleeding to death and waiting to be stabbed again on top of the altar. That’s when he woke up in a hospital bed with all four limbs intact and all scars gone.
Just like us, he was so stunned about his condition that he was even visited by Hunter’s surveillance team at the Conjunction. They were here because the testimonials they received from survivors clearly showed a dungeon too dangerous to survive in. But this was Jinwoo, an E-rank hunter who was believed to have died and was still healthy. Additionally, when they found him, they didn’t see any statues or gods that were supposed to be the main boss of the double dungeon. Other than that, there were no other monsters there, it was as if they had all disappeared, and fortunately, there was no prison break either. Really, there are too many strange things in this dungeon.
They also suspected that Jinwoo might have undergone a reawakening, where a hunter under extreme stress became an A-rank hunter or even an S-rank hunter, but even that had happened. not occur. Only later will we know what is really going on with Jinwoo. Now he always sees a digital board in front of him that no one else can see. It was as if he was in a game and had to go on quests and level up to survive in the real world.
But this game is much harder than it looks, because the moment you refuse to follow its rules, you will be faced with an unpleasant surprise. And Jinwoo would find that out in an unpleasant way.
This episode is once again very informative and gives us a lot of insight into the dungeons and world of Solo Leveling. We also get some flashbacks to understand why Jinwoo was so desperate to make a name for himself in the hunting industry.
Another interesting thing about this episode is how Hyein, who is said to be one of the most talented hunters, and her Superior prepare themselves to face the time when “that thing” is approaching. We still don’t know what “that” is and I have a feeling this is an important detail.
Identify
This was another great episode with lots of information in the first half and lots of intrigue in the second half. The ending of the episode will keep you on the edge of your seat, making you tear your hair out in anticipation. So yes, you should definitely watch this movie.
