The official website for the Tales of Wedding Rings anime has revealed preview images and a synopsis of episode 3, scheduled to air on January 20. Staple Entertainment is animating the series and is streaming online on Crunchyroll. You can see the preview image below:

The Wedding Ring Story Episode 3 Summary
Sato and his friends travel to Romca, the land of the winds where the elves live, to marry Nephrites, the Princess of the Rings. However, Nephrites was extremely shy and firmly refused to marry Sato. Sato continued to be held in prison by Nephrites’ brother Jade, but an ogre appeared before Sato to rescue him.

The anime series Tales of Wedding Ring is based on the manga of the same name. It was written and illustrated by Maybe, published by Square Enix and serialized in their monthly GanGan publication. The manga series has 1.4 million copies in circulation. The anime is directed by Takashi Noya (Real Girl) and produced by studio Staple Entertainment (Vermeil In Gold). Saori Nakashiki is in charge of character design and Deko Akao is in charge of the series’ script. The main cast of the series is as follows:
- Sato voiced by Gen Sato (Chrome from Dr. Stone)
- Hime is voiced by Akari Kitou (Kanata Knoe from LoveLive! Nijisaki Gakuen School Idol)
- Nephrites voiced by Miyuri Shimabukuro (Carole from Carole & Tuesday)
- Granart voiced by Hitomi Ueda (Michiko Tendou in Chainsaw Man)
- Saphir voiced by Ai Kakuma (Mashiro in Hirogaru Sky Precure)
- Amber voiced by Mikako Komatsu (Maki from Jujutsu Kaisen)
The manga has been licensed and is currently published by Yen Press and is described as: When Sato’s best friend, Hime, tells him that she is moving, he decides to follow her. After ruining her wedding in another world, he becomes the groom when she suddenly kisses him! A prophecy states that her husband is destined to be the King of the Ring – a hero with great power who will save the world from the Abyssal King! Will Sato accept the challenge or will his new marriage be over before it begins?
