Summary of Sakamoto Days Chapter 161
Sakamoto Days Chapter 161 continues where the previous Chapter left off, as Shishiba drops the bombshell on Amane that he was the one who killed his father, Satoru. He explains that he was assigned the mission but refuses to reveal why Satoru was targeted. A heated argument occurred between the two. Amane insists that he doesn't blame him because he understands what assassins do, but at least Shishiba owes him an explanation.
As they clash verbally, Shishiba recalls an emotional memory involving Satoru, understanding why the latter never told him too much information. However, their conversation was interrupted when Carolina launched an attack on Amane. Surprisingly, Shishiba shielded him, which made Amane question his true intentions.
After a brief confrontation, Carolina threatens both Amane and Shishiba with a terrible fate. Amane struggles with the decision to abandon Shishiba or side with him. Suddenly, Kumanomi appears, adding to the chaos. But the situation suddenly changes when a mysterious chainsaw appears, catching everyone off guard.
Carolina suspects someone is hiding nearby, leading to a frantic search. In an unexpected turn of events, Kumanomi falls into a trap and is incapacitated. From the darkness below, Osaragi makes her presence known as she approaches the injured Shishiba, urging him to try and promising to return. Her attention then turns to Amane, whom she accuses of harming Shishiba.
Meanwhile, in the storage room below the museum, Nagumo and Slur are facing off against each other. Slur makes confusing comments about Nagumo and when Chapter 161 of Sakamoto Days ends, Nagumo appears startled at the mention of Akao's name.
