In the latest issue of Hakusensha’s Hana to Yume magazine, it was revealed that Yu Tomofuji’s “Shiro Usagi to Kemono no Ōji” (The White Rabbit and the Monster Prince) manga will end in the next five chapters.
The series began in August 2022 as a spin-off of Tomofuji’s “Sacrificial Princess & Monster King” manga, focusing on Sariphi and Leonhart’s son Richard.

Yen Press published the original manga in English, describing it as the story of a young girl doomed to become the next sacrificial meal for the Monster King, discovering that the king is more than just a monster. The story explores a love that goes beyond appearances in a beautiful fantasy setting.
Tomofuji began “Sacrifial Princess & the King of Beasts” in Hana to Yume in 2015, ending it in October 2020. The 15th and final compilation volume released in January 2021 and published by Yen Press it in English in April 2022.
The manga also inspired an anime television adaptation that premiered on April 19.
A one-shot of the manga was released in December 2019, including a new part of the “parallel world” side story, “Kemohime to Futsū no Ō” (The Beast Princess and the Ordinary King), appearing appeared in Hakusensha’s The Hana to Yume magazine in April 2019.

In addition to these works, Tomofuji also ended the manga “Siariz no Shugosha” (Siariz’s Guardian) in the compilation magazine Hana to Yume issues 10 and 11 on April 20.
