Aniplex has announced that the mineral adventure manga Ruri no Houseki will be adapted into a television anime, scheduled to release in 2025.

More details about the anime will be revealed during the upcoming Aniplex Online Fest 2024 in Japan on September 16, 2024. An official Twitter account and website for the series were also recently launched.
Original manga author Keiichiro Shibuya posted a celebratory illustration on his Twitter account to commemorate the announcement.

Shibuya launched the manga in Kadokawa's Harta magazine on August 10, 2019, with four tankobon volumes released as of August 2023. The fifth volume will be released in Japan on September 13, 2024.
Ruri no Houseki follows a high school girl named Ruri, who really loves jewelry and becomes interested in the world of mineral collecting after meeting Nagi, a mineralogy graduate student.
