Rising of the Shield Hero Season 3 reveals preview images of episode 4 and cast

The preview and cast for episode 4 of The Rising of the Shield Hero Season 3 were revealed on Monday. The upcoming episode titled “Operation Spear Hero Capture” will be released on Friday, October 27. Crunchyroll is streaming the series with English subtitles. You can see the preview images below:

The summary of episode 4 of Rise of the Shield Hero Part 3 is described as follows:
The whereabouts of Motoyasu, the Spear Hero, are confirmed and Naofumi is asked by Queen Mirellia to convince him. Leaving Eclair in charge of the territory, Naofumi goes looking for Motoyasu but an uninvited guest arrives. Then, in the town where Motoyasu was staying, he met someone unexpected…!?

Takao Abo directed Season 1 of the series at Kinema Citrus, which ran a total of 25 episodes in 2019. Studio DR Movie helped co-produce Season 2 with Masato Jinbo as director and ran for 13 episodes. Now the series is back with Hitoshi Haga directing the new installment at Kinema Citrus alongside Keigo Koyanagi, who is handling the script and series composition.
