That Time I Was Reincarnated as a Slime Season 3 Episode 3 – Rimuru is busy!
After much conflict, peace has finally settled in the Jura Tempest Federation and we see how things were handled after the war. Much work was being done at the same time, and although there was technically peace here, no one was truly free from their duties. Rather, they are busier than ever because winning doesn't mean the job is done.
Rimuru and his subordinates will still have to take care of prisoners of war, refugees, and booty. This takes time, but given Clayman's vast domain, things are even busier. Obviously, not all prisoners of war are easy to control, and there can also be uprisings within prisoners if not properly controlled. In addition, some other countries may also suddenly attack, jeopardizing all progress.
As a result, Hakuro, and specifically Geld, took a deep interest in these areas. And because of the pressure of work and because Geld refused to do things half-heartedly, he was especially tired and exhausted by it all.
More updates are also coming soon. Many countries such as Thalion of the wizarding dynasty have officially declared their official relationship with Rimuru. There's another big announcement we get at the end of the episode, for which Rimuru is now the center of everyone's attention.
This episode is filled with very important information and contributes greatly to the Tensura -built world. We learn about newer species and kingdoms, and also understand how they view the birth of a new demon lord.
I've said this before, but out of all the subordinates Rimuru has, Diablo is definitely the wisest and most politically intelligent. The way he trapped the Falmus Kingdom to essentially make them a vassal state of the Jura Tempest Federation was remarkable. Even Rimuru was amazed by his abilities.

Verdict
This episode was very interesting and gave us a knowledge-rich experience. I like this type of detail because it helps thicken the plot and adds more detail to the overall story. The fact that everything that is happening has a reason behind it shows how great the writer Tensura is. The next episode will be more interesting as we will see many countries coming together to witness Rimuru's greatness.
