Flex Comix’s Comic Polaris magazine describes Tono to Inu:
Although there was a time when the Warring States world was filled with the activities of demon-like warriors, that time has long passed. Now, the once powerful have fallen into poverty and live in shabby apartment complexes. Such a person is lord. The lord had just reached out to pity a dog with a strange shape and short legs and was confused by the mischief of his new servant. ‘What is this? Can a dog do such things?’The fierce-looking lord and the dog happily lived together in peace and harmony!
