The highly anticipated Ragna Crimson anime series has released its fourth trailer, encouraging fans to prepare for the premiere.
The 2-minute thrilling trailer showcases impressive visuals while also providing a brief introduction to the first episode, “The Day Death is Born.” The clip also introduces the ending theme song “Rinkaku” performed by Kobayashi Watashi. The upcoming anime series will premiere later this month with an hour-long special. Animated by Silver Link, the series is scheduled to have a total of 24 episodes, taking viewers on a long journey.
Ragna Crimson gets an Anime adaptation
Ragna Crimson is adapted from Daiki Kobayashi’s ongoing manga of the same name, which consists of 12 volumes to date. This challenging isekai battle story follows the adventures of Dragon Hunters, who use their silver swords to find and slay dragons for a living.
Ragna Crimson is directed by Ken Takahashi, who is best known for his work on Butlers x Battlers and Fate/kaleid liner Prisma Illya 3rei. The script is written by Deko Akao, who wrote Amanchu!, Arakawa Under the Bridge, and Noragami. The characters were designed by Shinpei Aoki, the lead animator for the Fate/kaleid Liner Prisma Illya series. The music of the series was composed by Osamu Sasaki and Koji Fujimoto from Sus4 Inc.
The anime’s voice cast includes Chiaki Kobayashi (Ragna), Ayumu Murase (Crimson), Inori Minase (Leonica), Reina Ueda (Ultimatia), Takehito Koyasu (Grymwelte), Shunsuke Takeuchi (Disas Trois), Kōzō Shioya (Temruogtaf). ), Yoshihito Sasaki (Michael), Takashi Matsuyama (King Femud) and Mamiko Noto (Chimera).
The story revolves around Ragna, a young hunter who teams up with an experienced dragon hunter, Leonica. The two embark on a quest to confront and battle dragons. Ragna’s only wish is to stand by Leona’s side, even if he doesn’t become extremely strong himself. However, their aspirations are shattered when faced with a “super dragon”, stronger than anyone they have ever met. In the midst of external conflicts, Ragna is also haunted by a recurring nightmare that portrays him as the most powerful being, despite his apparent personality being alone and helpless. Determined to find the meaning behind the nightmare, Ragna continues her journey, joined by the mysterious Crimson.
