Pseudo Harem Episode 9 Summary
Rin has been feeling restless lately, her thoughts consumed by her role as a girlfriend. She is having trouble sleeping because she believes that her new boyfriend has been attracting too much attention since starting college. Someone even confessed to him. Rin is not worried about him cheating, but she cannot shake the feeling of jealousy at how famous her lover has become. She confides in her best friend, Megu, hoping to receive sympathy.
However, Megu took Rin's worries seriously. Knowing that this phase would pass, she playfully teased her friend. Even Rin's younger sister joined in the fun, cooperating with Megu to lighten the mood. Despite their efforts to calm her down, Rin couldn't help but let those thoughts linger. Determined to see for herself, she decided to investigate. So when Eiji invited her to visit his university, she eagerly agreed. They even planned to have Rin pretend to be a student there.
After careful preparation, Rin sets out to uncover the truth. Is her boyfriend really that popular? How many potential rivals are there? But what she finds when she arrives is a familiar scene—Eiji is his usual self, playful and quirky, up to his old tricks with his new friends.
Pseudo Harem Episode 10 Review and Recap
Eiji had a lot to think about in this episode because something very special happened. There was no one in Rin's house and he was invited to her place. Now, remember that this was Eiji's first time visiting her house after becoming her boyfriend. But even though he seemed a bit tired at first, he quickly started to enjoy the time he spent with his girlfriend.
He even goes as far as to pretend to be the husband of the family and cook for her. his beloved wife. They then exchange romantic moments and finally settle down after a sumptuous dinner. Later, when asked about a festival happening nearby, Rin invites Eiji to her room, where they watch the fireworks festival together. Here, one of the most memorable things happens to Eiji, but that beautiful moment is quickly interrupted, leaving our main characters in shock.
But that's not all, as things are just starting to get closer between Rin and Eiji. We also see Eiji working part-time and constantly saving money without spending it on his own entertainment just so he can buy a present for Rin's birthday. This is an incredibly sweet gesture that makes his friends visibly jealous.
You can feel the couple getting closer than ever as Rin now visits Eiji's dorm room. They discuss future plans, cook together, and just spend quality time together. Luckily, in this episode, we get to see what Eiji bought for Rin. He had a hard time thinking about what would be best for her, but he still got her something suitable.
Verdict
Ever since Rain and Eiji confessed their feelings, they have not hesitated to show their affection for each other. This proves how healthy and long-lasting their relationship is. The ending of this episode is also lovely, please watch this episode right away.
