Prime 1 Studio has announced Megumin's Prisma Wing KonoSuba figure and it comes with several face and eye parts for different poses. The ¥41,690 (~$275) 1/7 scale model will be available in Japan in April 2025, and retailers like AKarenmi are offering worldwide shipping.

Although most of the figures are static, there are many posing options for this version of Megumin. For example, all versions of the figure, regardless of where they were purchased, have two face parts. One had a smiling face as usual, and the other wore an eyepatch. While AKarenmi doesn't offer an additional bonus faceplate for her wink, the Prime 1 Studio site says it's available and offers it.
Here's how all the face parts options look when used:

Those images also highlight Megumin's two other optional poses. She has two different left arm parts. In the photo Prime 1 Studio shows of the version with both eyes visible, the part of the arm she is pointing at is shown. In the photo she is wearing an eyepatch, her left hand is brushing her hair away from her face.
