Alya Sometimes Hides Her Feelings in Russian (Roshidere) anime has revealed a preview image, video, and synopsis for episode 10, scheduled to air on September 4. The episode is titled “Late Birthday Party.” Studio Doga Kobo is animating the series, which will be streamed on Crunchyroll.

The summary of episode 10 is as follows:
One day, after the voices mocking Sayaka finally died down, Alya called Masachika. During the conversation, Alya promised that if Masachika made it into the top 30 in the upcoming exam, she would do anything he asked. However, in the middle of the conversation, Alya realized that she was not invited to Masachika's birthday party, which disappointed her. The reason was because in Russia, inviting someone to a birthday party is a sign of friendship! Understanding the reason for Alya's disappointment, Masachika decided to ask her out.

The anime Alya Sometimes Hides Her Feelings in Russia (Roshidere) is based on a light novel written by SunSunSun and illustrated by Momoco. The novel was originally published online as two short stories on the self-publishing website Shosetsuka ni Naro in May 2020. It was later acquired by Kadokawa Shoten's Kadokawa Sneaker Bunko imprint in 2021.
Crunchyoll is streaming the anime and describes the story as follows:
Alya is a popular transfer student at her new high school, often acting cold while getting good grades in her classes. She ignores her nerdy classmate, Kuze Masachika, except when she blurts out flirtatious words to him in Russian. Little does she know, Kuze understands Russian, although he pretends not to. Let's see where this quirky love story takes them!
