Horror manga about a desperate artist launches April 4

Manga author DODOTAN announced on their X (formerly Twitter) account on Thursday that their Poison Gift (Doku no Okurimono) manga will end on September 19.
Shueisha's MANGA Plus service is releasing the manga in English digitally and describes the story:
Gift Hisono is a talented painter cursed with financial woes. Just as he is about to complete his latest work, his trusty palette knife suddenly breaks! In a desperate attempt to find a replacement, he steals the paints from his best friend and art club member, Taima. This act of theft is witnessed by another club member, Kadomi, marking the beginning of his toxic downfall…
DODOTAN launched the manga on Shueisha's Shonen Jump+ service on April 4. Shueisha published the second of three planned compiled book volumes of the manga on September 4.
