The manga’s latest chapter is explosive, setting out Boruto’s new villains and unraveling some mysteries, especially those that happen while Boruto is away. This chapter sees Naruto brought back into the story once again, making him relevant and hopefully present in the future. With so much going on, it’s easy to dismiss Boruto’s incredible achievements, putting him on par with geniuses like Itachi and Minato.
Sasuke is one of the most accomplished ninjas of all time, using a wide variety of techniques making his arsenal one of the largest. From sword fighting, mastery of Fire and Lightning styles to the use of the Sharingan, he has the power to withstand most opponents. That’s why it’s so impressive that 13-year-old Boruto has mastered his techniques and made them his own within a year. This was a huge contrast to his father, who had to rely more on hard work than any natural talent.
That happened in the first year of the timeskip, and another 2 years is certainly enough to completely master Sasuke’s techniques for someone as gifted as Boruto. However, he didn’t stop there as he continued to learn Minato’s Flying Raijin Jutsu, used Jiraiya’s Toad for reconnaissance, and took the Rasengan to the next level. Along with being able to use Karma to greatly enhance all of his techniques and body, Boruto could very well become the strongest ninja in history, surpassing even his father. With the plot of Boruto: Two blue tornadoes heating up with the arrival of new villains, Boruto’s full power is sure to be something to behold.
