According to Comic Book, a group of One Piece fans living in India have noticed that the poster for an upcoming movie bears a striking resemblance to the 2022 One Piece Film: Red project. immediately accused the Bollywood film Fire of Love: Red of blatantly copying the anime’s promotional material. The “Red” subtitle and a similar poster have fueled these suspicions, leading many to question whether the association was intentional.

The remarkable similarity between the posters is in the form of the logo. Flame of Love: Red’s title is depicted in red, distinct font, and slashes are visible above the letter “D.” One Piece loyalists have pointed out that all of these elements are also used in the logo for the fifteenth feature film in the series, with only minor changes here and there. Toei Animation, the creators of the One Piece anime, has yet to comment on the matter at the time of writing, despite fan outcry.
