One Piece Episode 1117 will be titled 'Diary of the Chaos Revolution! The Revolutionary Army Secretly Rehearses!' The episode is expected to continue the ending of the previous chapter where Sabo reports to Dragon and Ivankov, covering Chapters 1083 to 1084 of the manga.
The episode begins with Sabo, the Revolutionary Army's Chief of Staff, recounting the major achievements of their campaign. These include destroying the World Nobles' symbol, declaring open war, rescuing Bartholomew Kuma, and freeing many slaves.

In addition, the Revolutionary Army also successfully destroyed Mary Geoise's food reserves, dealing a heavy blow to the World Government's stronghold. Dragon will answer Sabo's story in One Piece Episode 1117saying that these actions had attracted the full attention of the Navy.
Their influence sparked rebellions in twelve nations and resulted in eight successful rebellions, though Dragon notes that Lulusia was wiped out, thus reducing the number to seven nations that no longer pay Heavenly Tribute or export natural resources.
Ivankov added that the Revolutionary Army's strategy included targeting supply ships around the world to cut off resources heading to the Holy Land to effectively put pressure on the World Government. Ivankov would believe that this challenge was a major victory in One Piece Episode 1117.
This is because it forces Mary Geoise to experience food and resource shortages. Dragon agrees but mentions that they don't cut off the supply completely, just enough to put a strain on their enemies.
He predicts that the World Government will retaliate by deploying the Knights of God, and emphasizes that the real battle will begin once they are mobilized. Ivankov points out that Sabo will likely be their main target in the One Piece Episode 1117.
On the other hand, Dragon praised Sabo for his actions, which have raised him to hero status in the eyes of the common people, despite the accusations surrounding the assassination of King Cobra. Dragon stated that the rebel factions now view the World Government's authorities as enemies.
However, there are still some wise and just rulers, such as Nefertari Cobra, one of them. Sabo admits that although it may sound harsh, he can live with the consequences if it helps fan the flames of revolution in One Piece Episode 1117.
Ivankov then presses Sabo for more details, showing him a newspaper photo of Sabo standing over Cobra's corpse while expressing his hope that he was not guilty of the murder. The episode then begins with Sabo's flashback, taking place over a month before the Revolutionary Army launched their attack on Mary Geoise.
These events take place shortly after Levely begins. When the World Nobles panic at the invasion and attempt to escape, Karasu intervenes, rescuing a slave and using his Devil Fruit powers to fight off the Nobles' bodyguards in One Piece Episode 1117.
