One pieceEgghead Arc's has many features Guest images throughout Vegapunk's message to the world, including the most minor characters in the series. From East Blue where Luffy's journey began to Elbaf, their latest destination, the latest season of One Piece has seen people from all over the world tune in to Vegapunk's impromptu broadcast.
While many of these cameos were expected, quite a few have been pleasantly surprised fans, with some characters making a return appearance thousands of chapters later. That said, in addition to evoking nostalgia, many of these cameos have also helped establish the serious implications of the revelations in Vegapunk's message, regarding the entire One Piece world and all of its inhabitants.
53 Dragon, Ivankov and the Revolutionaries
Chap #1109
It's no surprise that one group that took particular notice of Vegapunk's message was the Revolutionary Army. Chapter #1109 reveals Dragon, Ivankov, Sabo, Koala, Belo Betty and Morley Everyone listened intently to Vegapunk's broadcast from the Kamabakka Kingdom. The following chapters confirmed that much of what Vegapunk revealed was new information even to Dragon and the Revolutionaries.
52 Rebecca, Kyros and Leo
Chap #1109
Rebecca, Kyros, Leo, and Kabu (Tuntatta dressed as a beetle) make a brief appearance in chapter #1109 right as Vegapunk's broadcast begins. In the frame, Leo is seen asking Rebecca if Vegapunk is the person Luffy supposedly kidnapped. Kyros is seen on the left looking towards the Snail that finally established the video signal, while Kabu is seen hovering silently behind Leo.
51 Woop Slack
Chap #1109
Woop Slap, the mayor of Windmill Village, appears in chapter #1109, where he and the other residents of the village are seen listening to Vegapunk's message being broadcast outside the Partys Bar where Makino works, although Makino does not appear.
In the scene, Woop Slap and the villagers are discussing buying a video signal transmitting snail, since the village doesn't have one, but Woop Slap dismisses the idea immediately.
50 Iceberg and Alice
Chap #1109
Although Iceberg appears several times in Vegapunk's messages, his first appearance occurs in chapter #1109, where a sleepy Iceberg is seen rubbing his eyes as he wakes up and asks his new secretary Alice to set up the Video Transponder Snail. This appearance reveals that the message begins in the middle of the night in Water Seven, with many citizens still awake.
49 Vivi, Morgans and Wapol

Another surprise appearance in Vegapunk's message is Big News Morgans, Vivi and Wapol, who were seen in chapter #1109 at the World Economic Journal Headquarters. Vivi was curious if the message was about where the Straw Hats would go next, but Morgans quickly deduced that Vegapunk's message was pre-recorded based on a clock in the background. Meanwhile, Wapol was seen quietly watching the broadcast behind Morgans.
48 Shanba and the Rest of the Birdie Kingdom

One of the most surprising scenes in Vegapunk's message is Birdie Kingdom, where Chopper spent some time relaying. Chapter #1113 features Shanba, one of the only named characters in Birdie Kingdom, sitting around a Transponder snail listening to the broadcast along with the other inhabitants of the island.
47 Duval
Chap #1113
A character that appears in Vegapunk's broadcast several chapters later is Duval. Duval can also be seen in chapter #1113 paying attention to Vegapunk's message along with a few members of the Rosy Life Riders.
46 Ceaser Clown and Vinsmoke Judge
Chap #1113
Although it seems like the Straw Hats only recently parted ways with Ceaser, chapter #1113 shows a brief appearance of the former MADS member reacting to Vegapunk's message. Ceaser seems quite shocked to learn that Vegapunk is dead, while Vinsmoke Judge can be seen standing behind Ceaser with a surprised look.
45 Hina and Akainu at Marine Headquarters
Chap #1114
Although Vegapunk's message begins in chapter #1108, fans don't get to see the Marines' reaction to the broadcast until chapter #1114, which finally checks in with the Marine Headquarters in the New World. In this chapter, Hina, along with several unnamed Marines, are seen reacting to the news that the One Piece world is sinking. Akainu also makes his first appearance in a subsequent panel, but remains silent.
44 Paulie
Chap #1114
While Iceberg appears quite early in Vegapunk's message, Paulie, the remaining member of Galley-La, only appears in chapter #1114, where he seems to not believe that the entire One Piece world is sinking like Water Seven.
43 Shirahoshi and Neptune
Chap #1114
Another surprise appearance in Vegapunk's message is Shirahoshi and King Neptune, who are also seen discussing the absurdity of Vegapunk's revelation that the One Piece world is sinking in chapter #1114. The two are seen in Ryugu Palace along with the Left Minister, the Right Minister, Neptune's pet whale Hoe, Shirahoshi's pet shark, Megalo, and other fishmen.
42 Charlotte Smoothie and Charlotte Mont-d'Or
Chap #1114
Although the Big Mom Pirates have largely been forgotten since the end of Wano, chapter #1114 does mention the Charlotte siblings, specifically Smoothie and Mont-d'Or. Charlotte Smoothie specifically wonders how Vegapunk could have known about the recent earthquake caused by Lulusia's destruction if he was dead, which is explained later in the message.

Despite Vegapunk's message being of great significance to the World Government and Imu in particular, Imu does not make her first appearance until chapter #1114, right when Vegapunk begins talking about the Void Century. Imu's silhouette is seen silently paying attention to the broadcast next to a panel of Pangea Castle.
40 Momosuke, Kinemon, Shinobu and Otama

When Vegapunk revealed Joyboy as the first pirate in his message, one of the first characters to react to this revelation was Momonosuke, which makes sense since he is one of the few people who knows information about Joyboy in One Piece.
Chapter #1115 features Momonosuke and Kinemon, Shinoby and Otama gathering around a Messenger Snail in the Flower Capital in Wano, Kinemon is somewhat surprised to learn that Momonosuke has heard of Joyboy before.
39 Zunesha, Carrot, Shishilian and Wanda
Chap #1115
One Piece Chapter #1115 also features Joyboy's trusty companion, Zunesha, while Vegapunk talks about Joyboy and his fight against the World Government during the Void Century. Along with Zunesha, the chapter also features appearances from the Mink Tribe, notably Shishilian, Wanda, and Carrot, with Carrot appearing quite shocked by the revelations in the broadcast chapter.
38 Igaram, Karoo, Pell and Chaka
Chap #1116
Igaram and Karoo appear in One Piece chapter #1116 crying over Vivi's missing poster, while Igaram holds a stack of posters. Meanwhile, Igaram and Chaka are seen at what appears to be King Cobra's funeral in Alabasta, sitting on either side of an ornate coffin with Cobra's portrait on the wall behind.
37 Fashion

Moda is a milkmaid from Lulusia and appeared in chapter #1116, once again stating that she was lucky to survive the destruction of Lulusia. Moda's brief appearance was quite heartbreaking as she finally learned the truth about how her home was destroyed from Vegapunk's message and was even seen crying during the broadcast.
36 Crocodiles

Crocodile makes a fitting appearance in Vegapunk's message in chapter #1116 right when Vegapunk mentions the Ancient Weapon. Although Crocodile seems to have given up on his ambitions to obtain Pluton, Vegapunk's message could perhaps inspire him again, especially with the revelation that the fate of the world depends on who finds the One Piece.
35 Tsuru and Sengoku
Chap #1116
Tsuru and former Fleet Admiral Sengoku are seen on a battleship in chapter #1116 also listening to Vegapunk's message. Sengoku's reaction to the broadcast is the most intriguing, as he is seen sweating profusely while stuffing his mouth with cookies, to the point where Tsuru is seen warning him not to choke. It is possible that Sengoku knows more about the Void Century than he lets on and thus understands the significance of Vegapunk's message in revealing this information to the world.
34 Rayleigh and Shakky
Chap #1116
Rayleigh makes a brief appearance at the end of chapter #1116 when Vegapunk questions why Roger and his crew are silent about what they learned at Laugh Tale. The Pirate King's former right-hand man is seen drinking at Shakky's bar in Sabaody asking Vegapunk not to ruin the fun, while Shakky is seen dealing with a drunk customer.
