The long-awaited One Piece live-action series will air on Netflix this August 31st. If initial reviews are anything to go by, the series promises to be a treasure trove for fans.
A recent clip released by the YouTube channel sheds light on Sanji, played by Tayz Skyler, and his intriguing relationship with restaurant owner Zeff. The clip captures Sanji in the bustling kitchen of the Baratie, a floating restaurant ship, as he creates a new dish – much to Master Zeff’s disapproval.
For those unfamiliar with the lore, Zef plays a father role in Sanji’s life. Zef not only rescued Sanji when he was stranded on a deserted island, but also shared his rations with Sanji.

The clip received loud applause in the comments section, where fans are praising the attention to detail. One such nuance is when Sanji prepares a new dish. Zeff asks him to focus on serving customers.
However, Zef, unwilling to waste food, carefully set the dish aside. Both Zeff and Sanji understand the value of the dish, so this dish will later be used as a meal for the kitchen staff.
