Anime Mushoku Tensei: Jobless Reincarnation Season 2 Part 2 was voted the most anticipated anime of Spring 2024, beating KonoSuba: God's Blessing on This Wonderful World! 3 and the Demon Slayer Training Arc: Kimetsu no Yaiba Hashira. Staff for the second season includes Hiroki Hirano as director, Sanae Shimada as character designer, Toshiya Ono as series composer, Masakazu Miyake as art director, and Yoshiaki Fujisawa as composer.
The first season of Mushoku Tensei: Unemployed Reincarnated aired for 2 seasons in the Winter 2021 and Fall 2021 anime seasons with a total of 23 episodes. The first season was voted the best new anime (behind Attack on Titan), while the second season was the best overall anime of its respective seasons. It was also voted Anime of the Year 2021.
The first part of the second season was ranked third in the Anime Summer 2023 ranking. Studio Bind's anime is based on the light novel by Rifujin na Magonote with illustrations by Hirotaka.
