Osamu Tezuka’s iconic Phoenix manga debuted in Manga Shonen magazine over 60 years ago. The long-running series chronicles the lives, deaths, and rebirths of generations from the perspectives of various characters, spanning time periods from prehistoric times to the distant future. Phoenix: Eden17 retells the “Nostalgia” arc, about a young woman named Romi and her struggle to raise her only son after the death of his father. Phoenix has received many adaptations over the years.
