Mission: Yozakura Family Episode 19 is very good and entertaining. Let's see how this episode goes.
Mission: Yozakura Family Episode 18 Summary
This episode is filled with fun and entertainment as our main characters enjoy a well-deserved break. Taiyo begins his intense training under the supervision of Kyoichiro and Shinzo. He realizes the importance of mastering the power of the Yozakura bloodline to protect both himself and Mutsumi. Despite Kyoichiro's disdain for his brother-in-law, he makes sure Taiyo learns the basics.
The plot takes a lighter turn when Mutsumi returns with exciting news: she has secured a free trip to the hot springs for her family. However, Kyoichiro is unable to attend, much to everyone's relief. Despite his absence, he still creates chaos by threatening Taiyo not to bathe with Mutsumi. The Yozakura siblings, minus Kyoichiro, go to the hot springs with Taiyo in tow.
The onsen itself is unique and frequented by underworld figures, spies, and criminals. The arrival of the Yozakura family immediately raises tensions among the guests, some of whom hold grudges for Kyoichiro's past actions. However, the innkeeper steps in, enforcing a no-fight policy.
The boys and girls enjoy their private rooms, reminiscing about their childhoods and getting into mischief. But it's not all fun; Mutsumi shares his painful past with Taiyo as they bathe together. The episode ends with Kyoichiro discovering them together in the bath, leading to a violent brawl.
Mission: Review and Recap of Yozakura Family Episode 19
The episode starts with Aoi and Inugami trying to infiltrate Tanpopo's new base of operations. Sadly, they can't pinpoint the exact location and are tricked into falling into a trap that results in the entire warehouse being donated. No, nothing happens to them, but it's clear that no one has any concrete information about Tanpopo.
On the other hand, we see Mutsumi questioning her father and his words before he betrayed her. Here, we learn that everyone is desperately searching for Tanpopo's whereabouts and Momo's intentions. They are also investigating Tanpopo's Hazakura smuggling business, which is conducted through various trade routes. But since most of the information about them is fake, each Yozakura is sent to different places to find clues.
Taiyo also receives information about Momo's presence on a train, which could be another smuggling route. And he is absolutely correct, but for some reason, he cannot place Momo or Kawashita, even though they are on the same train. Not only that, he also meets a mysterious woman named Shirai, with whom he may have more in common than anyone else.
But who is really the hunted one here? Did Taiyo really find out the enemy's location or was he being manipulated into going into the enemy's lair?
This episode is once again tense because Yozakura's father is a mystery that we still don't know anything about. Yes, he's part of a villainous organization, but it always feels like he has more intentions than meets the eye. I never felt like he was 100% against his children even though he betrayed them over and over again.
Verdict
Today's episode once again shows us a very unexpected side of Taiyo, who loves his wife very much and can go to great lengths to protect her. But whether he can actually survive and protect his wife at the same time is something we will have to see in the future.
