Yukana as the head of the Tsubomi Yozakura clan appeared in episode 26 on Sunday
The official website for Hitsuji Gondaira's Mission: Yozakura Family (Yozakura-san Chi no Daisakusen) anime on Sunday confirmed that Yukana will join the series as Tsubomi Yozakura, the head of the family. The character appears in the 26th episode on Sunday.

The anime premiered in Japan on April 7 on MBS, TBS and their 26 affiliated channels. Disney streams the anime through its Hulu service with an English dub in the United States. The series also airs on Prime Video and Netflix in Japan.
Disney describes the anime's story:
High school student Taiyou Asano has become socially inept since his family died in a car accident. The only person he can properly interact with is his childhood friend, Mutsumi Yozakura—the head of the world's most powerful spy family. Mutsumi's eldest brother, Kyouichirou Yozakura, has been overprotective of her since he seriously injured her. His love for Mutsumi is dangerous and Taiyou is his next target. To survive, Taiyou must marry Mutsumi and become a member of the Yozakura family. Thrown into chaos, Taiyou begins his journey to become a powerful spy to protect his wife and uncover dark secrets from his and the Yozakura family's past.
Mirai Minato (Fate/kaleid liner Prisma Illya, Our Last Crusade or the Rise of a New World, BOFURI: I Don't Want to Get Hurt, so I'll Max Out My Defense.) is directing the anime and supervising the series' script at SILVER LINK. Mizuki Takahashi (Mushoku Tensei: Jobless Reincarnation) is the character designer and animation director, and Kōji Fujimoto (Ragna Crimson, Tearmoon Empire) and Osamu Sasaki (The Great Jahy Will Not Be Defeated!, Ragna Crimson) are composing the music. .

Gondaira (Diary of the Demon Prince Poro) launched the manga in Shueisha's Weekly Shonen Jump magazine in August 2019.
Viz Media has simultaneously published the English-language manga digitally since its launch in Japan. Viz Media then began publishing the compiled volumes digitally in December 2020, and began releasing the series starting with the first volume in October 2022. Shueisha's MANGA Plus service also streams publishes the manga digitally in English.
A novel in the franchise launches in July 2023.
