Review and recap of episode 10 of Mashle Season 2 – Mash Rushes To Wahlberg
This episode begins with the appearance of our flamboyant magician Ryoh, who was absent at the time of Innocent Zero’s arrival. The moment he realized something bad was about to happen, he rushed to compete with Shawn. But he took too long to travel, which he even joked about with his companion.
Then, suddenly, Shwan stopped dead in his tracks and Ryoh realized someone had stopped time. This also proves how strong Ryoh is, as he is the only one unaffected by Innocent Zero’s magic besides Wahlberg. When Ryoh arrived at the scene, he witnessed how four students and two divine visionaries were able to handle the situation in the arena, while Wahlberg himself and Innocent Zero were nowhere to be seen. . That’s when Mash took it upon herself to find the principal’s location using only her feet.
Back in the battle between the two strongest magicians, a war between space and time is raging. Wahlberg has the power of space, while Innocent Zero has the ability to control time. Their fight was one of the most fierce and spectacular battles ever.
From this episode, we understand the true meaning of the phrase “Noblesse Oblige”. Wahlberg truly believes in his master’s words and walks on his master’s path. Since Wahlberg was a child, his owner, Adam, has always supported him. He would go to Wahlberg’s room to annoy him by giving random animal trivia to Wahlberg for school.
Only later did Wahlberg understand why his master did that. Adam didn’t want Wahlberg to feel lonely so he continued to spend time with him. This also made Wahlberg think of his students and protect them because the duty of the strong is to protect the weak.
Innocent Zero, on the other hand, who only thinks about himself, is too far removed from such a noble concept, and therefore, he doesn’t care about what his old friend believes. But although Innocent Zero is powerful, what he lacks are students who are willing to do anything for their teachers, like Mash and the others.
Verdict
This episode is once again very interesting as we see a huge battle happen between Wahlberg and Innocent Zero. It’s impressive how Mashle combines action with comedy and makes everything better. We are definitely approaching the most important part of the series and hopefully good will triumph over evil.
