In the latest issue of Kadokawa’s Monthly Comic Cune magazine, the concluding chapter of Tsukumizu’s Shimeji Simulator manga was published.
The touching four-panel manga, known for its poetic and surreal elements, began in January 2019 and has now ended.

The first compiled volume was released by Kadokawa in February 2020, with the fifth and final volume coming out on January 26.
Tsukumizu launched Girls’Manga Last Tour digitally on Shinchosha’s Kurage Bunch website in February 2014 and ended it in January 2018. Yen Press provided the English release of the manga.
This manga was used as the source material for the 12-episode anime series released in October 2017.
Sentai Filmworks acquired the rights to the series, streaming in the US on the now-shuttered Anime Strike platform and internationally on HIDIVE.

Additionally, a short spinoff anime series titled Shōjo Shūmatsu Jugyō (Girls’Last Class) premiered in October 2017.
