The One-Punch Man manga is on hiatus until next month.
The final chapter of the popular shōnen series premiered on March 23. A few days later, the manga’s illustrator, Yusuke Murata, who goes by the name @NEBU_KURO on Twitter, announced that they would be “taking a break.” to make the book.” They also announced that the next update of the manga will release on April 20.
ONE’s original One-Punch Man series began as an online webcomic in early 2009. In June 2012, Murata began working on a digital manga remake, serialized every two weeks. on Shueisha’s Tonari no Young Jump website. As of November 2022, its chapters have been compiled into 27 tankōbon volumes. The manga’s story revolves around a superhero named Saitama, who trains himself so hard that he loses all his hair and develops divine powers that allow him to take down most enemies with a single blow. However, as the series progresses, Saitama encounters increasingly powerful enemies who have put his powers to the ultimate test.
One-Punch Man fans can look forward to season 3
One-Punch Man has amassed a huge following, selling over 30 million copies worldwide as of April 2020. In October 2015, Madhouse released its popular anime adaptation. JC Staff took over production for the second season of the anime, which premiered in April 2019. Last year, the studio confirmed that One-Punch Man Season 3 was officially in production. The promotional poster for the upcoming season introduces Saitama side by side with Garou, one of the main villains of the “Monster Association” season. While there’s no official release window, Season 3 has an expected launch date around the end of 2023.
Although ONE’s One-Punch Man series is still ongoing, the artist is still working on another comic. Earlier this month, the cover for Vol. 1 by Versus, the author’s next project, was announced on Twitter. One person wrote the story, while artist Tenkaichi Azuma Kyoutarou drew the illustrations. The manga promises to continue the action-packed tradition of One-Punch Man, as its plot revolves around 47 heroes battling against 47 demon lords in a series of high-stakes battles. The newly released cover features the main character of the series, a young man in armor with striking white hair. Additionally, the cover reveals two other characters: an elf that looks like a pig and a person with blue hair holding what appears to be a magical staff. Volume 1 of the series will release in Japan on April 7.
