yuri manga series [ The Guy She Was Interested In Wasn’t a Guy at All ] is adapting the drama CD scheduled for release on March 27, 2024. A new illustration drawn for the cover of the drama CD has been released which fans can check out below.
The Boy She’s Interested In Isn’t a Boy at All – Drama CD Jacket IllustrationThe Drama CD will come in two versions: a regular edition with a CD and a limited edition with a booklet containing four new manga pages. The regular edition costs 3,300 Yen (22.24 USD) while the limited edition costs 4,180 Yen (28.17 USD), both prices including tax.
It was previously announced that the drama CD will feature Akari Kito in the role Aya Osawaa high school student passionate about music and Mariya Ise in the role Mitsuki Koga, who works at her uncle’s CD store, and Aya mistakenly thinks it’s a guy. Recently, new cast members were announced including Kenjiro Tsuda in the role Joe and Tasuku Hatanaka as Narita.
The boy she cares about is not a boy at all – Volume 1 coverThe Boy She Cares About Isn’t a Boy at All is a Japanese yuri manga series written and illustrated by Sumiko Arai. It was originally posted on Arai’s X account on April 10, 2022, providing four manga pages per chapter as enough detail to make up for the lack of dialogue. Maintaining the 4-page per chapter format, it was later serialized on Pixiv Comic on April 29, 2023. Kadokawa Shoten later published the first volume of the series in print in April 2023 and the second volume is scheduled to be released on April 29, 2023. February 27, 2024.
