A Lonely Life in Another World was originally a web novel written by Shoji Goji and published on the Shosetsuka ni Naro website in 2016. Overlap began publication in print with illustrations by Boota in 2018. Saku Enokimaru took over the illustrations after the first 2 volumes. There is also a manga adaptation by Bibi in Comic Gardo magazine licensed in English by Kaiten Books.
HIDIVE describes the story:
After an isekai trip to another world along with his entire high school class, “God” gives Haruka and his classmates a choice of special powers so they can become fantasy heroes. But Haruka accidentally missed the power-choosing window, and now he’s stuck with the leftover abilities his classmates refused to accept! Seemingly powerless, he uses his unwanted skills to live a (surprisingly comfortable) life as a lone wolf…but his classmates soon realize their “superior” abilities aren’t as great as they thought, and Haruka may have to come to their rescue with the ingenuity, creativity, and leftover powers his classmates once lost.
