The anime adaptation of the popular webtoon series Solo Leveling has announced new details about its upcoming 2024 premiere with a new trailer.

The series was originally a web novel written by author Chugon and was later adapted into a webtoon under the name KakaoPage in 2018, with illustrations drawn by the late artist Jang Sung-rak, aka DUBU. The series quickly became one of the most popular webtoons of the genre, with readers praising Solo Leveling for its outstanding visual palette and stunning art style.

A-1 Pictures will handle the production of the anime adaptation, with director Shunsuke Nakashige helming the project and writer Noboru Kimura overseeing the series’ creation.
