The 2-story museum displays replicas of drawings, life-sized figures, and shops
An official Twitter account was opened on Monday to announce that a museum devoted to Yudetamago's Kinnikuman series will open in Numazu, Shizuoka Prefecture, Japan at the end of April. The Tournament Mountain portion of the series takes place around Mount Fuji, hence the museum's location in Numazu near Mount Fuji.

The two-story museum will display replicas of the original drawings, life-sized figures and an introduction to the duo known as Yudetamago. There will also be a store selling merchandise from the franchise as well as an area to read comics.

The anime series Kinnikuman: Perfect Origin Hen (Kinnikuman Perfect Origin Arc, or literally Kinnikuman Perfect Chо̄jin/Superhuman Origin Arc) was announced to premiere in July on CBC, TBS and 26 other affiliated networks. The anime will run in the new “Agaru Anime” programming block, which will air every Sunday at 11:30 p.m. (10:30 a.m. EDT) with the theme of introducing anime from Nagoya to the rest of Japan and the world.
The cast includes Mamoru Miyano as Kinnikuman and Akira Kamiya (original voice of Kinnikuman) as Mayumi Kinniku and Prince Kamehame.
The new anime celebrates the 40th anniversary of the original television anime that premiered in April 1983. The season is named after the 2011 manga revival of the same name.
Manga creator duo Yudetamago continued their original Kinnikuman wrestling manga as a free webcomic in 2011. The two creators returned to the first Kinnikuman storyline in 1979 and continued where they left off. they left the story for the last time in 1987. The original manga has inspired various films and anime television series. Yudetamago previously published the Kinnikuman one-shot manga in Shueisha's Grand Jump magazine in 2015, then published the one-shot in Weekly Shonen Jump for the first time in 11 years in June 2019. The second compilation volume 83 of the manga was published in Japan on September 29.
The toy figurine of Kinnikuman was imported to the United States under the “MUSCLE” label in the 1980s. Viz Media later released the sequel Kinnikuman Nisei-Second Generations manga by Takashi Shimada and Yoshinori Nakai in North America with titled Ultimate Muscle: The Kinnikuman Legacy, and 4Kids Entertainment aired the anime television adaptation.
