Kingdom season 5 next January already has the main image, which features Eisei, Kanki and Shin on one side and the three Zhao leaders on the other.
The image comes with news that the voice actor for the character is Zhao Toshiyuki Morikawa (as Ri Boku), Daisuke Hirakawa (as Kei Sha) and Kouji Ishii (as Ki Sui). Morikawa and Hirakawa will reprise their roles, while Ishii and Kisui are new additions to the Kingdom anime.

Kingdom Season 5 will launch in Japan on January 6 (effective January 7 at 12 a.m. JST). Previous cast announcements for the new season (a mix of old and new names) include:

Kingdom is based on a manga set in the Warring States period published by Shueisha Yasuhisa Harabegan serialization in Weekly Young Jump in 2006 and reached 69 tankoubon volumes as of July 2023. The first season of the anime debuted in 2012, while the fourth season debuted in 2022. Crunchyroll describes the anime To be:
Shin and Hyou are war orphans in the kingdom of Qin. They dreamed of proving themselves on the battlefield until the day Hyou was captured by a general. The boy escaped and returned to his village, but he was seriously injured. Shin then meets a mysterious young man who bears an uncanny resemblance to Hyou—a boy who will one day become emperor!
The Kingdom manga series has also inspired live-action film adaptations, the third of which premiered in Japan on July 28.
