A fourth “Kaiju Hyakkei” image has been released for the upcoming Kaiju No.8 television anime series, introducing the main character overlooking a ruined city. The anime is scheduled to premiere in April 2024.
New images of “Kaiju Hyakkei” will be released at the end of each month until the film premieres next spring.

Production IG is handling animation production, with Studio Khara tasked with supervision, design, and kaiju artwork. The full production team has yet to be revealed. Crunchyroll will stream the show in spring 2024.
Meanwhile, the main voice cast includes Masaya Fukunishi as Kafka Hibino, Asami Seto as Mina Ashiro and Wataru Katou as Reno Ichikawa.
The anime is based on the manga by Naoya Matsumoto, which began serialization in Shueisha’s online magazine Shonen Jump+ on July 3, 2020. Ten tankoubon volumes have been released as of August 2023, with an 11th volume will release on December 4, 2023.
