The latest season of the Jujutsu Kaisen anime — “Hidden Inventory 2” — is a direct continuation from the premiere season 2. It describes the aftermath of Satoru Gojo and Suguru Geto arriving on the scene to protect Star Plasma Vessel Riko, after she was targeted by an organization called Q. The pair easily defeated their enemies and had chance to meet Riko, who berates them and accuses them of being liars before Kuroi’s caretaker arrives and explains the situation. Riko then insists on going to school even though her life is in danger.
Toji Fushiguro also plays a major role in the episode, as he is depicted as pulling the strings while gambling. The insidious “witch killer” offered a reward to Riko, hoping the assassins would fail but also bringing down two high-ranking Jujutsu Mages. Gojo and Geto go to the school to protect Riko, where Geto fights an older Curse User and Gojo fights a clone user. Both won, but Gojo failed in his attempt to use the Reverse Curse Technique, opting for a quick punch instead. The episode ends with a twist, as Riko reveals that Kuroi was beaten and tied up.
