What happened in Jujutsu Kaisen Season 2 Episode #11?
In episode #11, Yuji, Megumi, and Ino attempted to break through one of the curtains surrounding Shibuya Station. They quickly realized, given the barrier’s power, that whoever powered it was outside of it. Finding the witches responsible, they begin a war, with Yuji and Megumi fighting the disturbing Awasaka and Ino confronting Ogami and her nephew. While Awasaka initially caused trouble for Yuji and Megumi due to his Reverse technique, they quickly figured it out and were able to defeat him. However, Ino suffered a devastating loss when Ogami was able to impart to his nephew the power of Toji Fushiguro, who defeated Gojo in the previous series.
Jujutsu Kaisen Season 2 Episode #12 will have more fights
Now that Awasaka and Ino are both defeated, it is only natural for Yuji and Megumi to confront Ogami and her Tojified nephew. This could be a very dramatic confrontation for Megumi because he will have to face someone identical to his father. Additionally, as shown in Gojo’s Brutal Past arc, Toji’s extremely powerful abilities make him a force to be reckoned with, so Yuji and Megumi wouldn’t be able to defeat him as easily. they defeated Awasaka. The episode may also focus on some other witches and curses running around Shibuya.
Many fan-favorite magicians like Nanami, Nobara, and Maki have yet to get a chance to shine in this arc despite entering the veil surrounding Shibuya. Episode #12 may also feature battles that involve them potentially taking on Disaster Curses like Mahito, Jogo, and Choso. Given the high standard that previous battles in this section have maintained, if Jujutsu Kaisen continued this trend thereafter Season 2 episode #12 will be another great installment in the series.
Do not miss Jujutsu Kaisen season 2 episode 12 when it airs on Crunchyroll on October 12, 2023.
