Jujutsu Kaisen Season 2 is an emotional rollercoaster, with two popular manga installments adapted into one. Each of these arcs is extremely heartbreaking. The first part is Gojo’s Past arc (Hidden Inventory/Early Death arc in the anime), which tells the story of Gojo’s high school days 12 years ago.
The second part, the Shibuya Incident arc, brings us back to the present, where Psuedo-Geto and the curses plan to seal Satoru Gojo. Their plan succeeds as they seal Gojo and release Sukuna, who plunges Shibuya into chaos.
The final episode of Jujutsu Kaisen Season 2 ended with many unanswered questions. Not only did Yuta return to Japan, but he also loved Yuji’s blood. Furthermore, it turns out that Shibuya is only the beginning of Psuedo-Geto’s plan. Find out more about the ending of Jujutsu Kaisen Part 2. Warning: Spoilers ahead!
Nationwide curse Tsumiki Fushiguro becomes a victim
Part 1 revealed that Megumi’s stepsister, Tsumiki Fushiguro, was cursed and fell into a coma. However, Tsumiki was not the only victim of the curse as it happened all over Japan. In the finale of Jujutsu Kaisen Part 2, Psuedo-Geto reveals that he has marked two types of non-witches.
Marked people are either fed cursed objects like Yuji or people who already have cursed techniques, but their brains are not witches like Junpei. The former received the power of the vessel, while the latter’s brain was adapted to magic. Using Remote Idle Transformation, Pseudo-Geto breaks the seal on them.
All of this is just part of his elaborate plan to start the Killing Games. Psuedo-Geto believes that the next stage for humanity lies in optimizing cursed energy. He wants to experience the full potential of humanity, something that is not limited to just being a witch or a curse.

Yuta’s appearance in the ending of Jujutsu Kaisen Season 2 explained
Yuta Okkotsu’s highly anticipated anime debut is finally here, but it’s not going as fans expected. After the Night Parade of the Hundred Demons, Gojo sends Yuta to Africa to train with Miguel. Pseudo-Geto begins the Killing Game just before midnight. However, Yuta arrived around 1:25 am.
The first time he rescued a little girl from a curse and met the leaders of the Jujutsu society. The elders seemed untrustworthy to him, so Yuta made a binding Oath to them and swore to kill Yuji. Yuta felt outraged when his friend Toge Inumaki lost an arm due to Sukuna’s rage.
That’s not all. According to the rules of Jujutsu, Geto’s survival was confirmed and he was again sentenced to death. Gojo was considered a traitor and banished from the world of Jujutsu. Removing his seal is a serious offense.
Masamichi Yaga was charged with inciting Geto and Gojo to cause the Shibuya Incident and received the death penalty. Yuji, whose death sentence was annulled thanks to Gojo, is sentenced to death again, and his executioner is Yuta.
What is Yuta’s real plan regarding Yuji Itadori?
According to the manga, Yuta acted according to Gojo’s wishes. In Part 1, Gojo briefly leaves the country while leaving Yuji in Nanami’s care. Since Yuji is considered legally dead, Nanami is the only capable and trustworthy person Gojo can think of. Gojo meets Yuta in Africa and asks him to take care of Yuji if anything happens to him.
Because Gojo is the strongest witch in modern times, Yuta thought his teacher was joking. However, the fact remains that Gojo was in fact sealed and Yuta had to return from Africa. Yuta can ensure that no one else can target Yuji by expressing his resentment and becoming Yuji’s executioner. Since the elders were skeptical, the use of the Oath of Binding was simply a means to solidify his plans.
In fact, someone as talented as Yuta could easily find a loophole in the Oath of Binding. During Yuji’s Extermination arc in the manga, Yuta fights Yuji. Although Yuji has good fighting ability, he is no match for a special level wizard. Yuta kills Yuji in just one second, completing the requirements of the Oath of Binding. He then healed Yuji with the Reverse Curse Technique a second after his heartbeat stopped.
