The new Jujutsu Kaisen cafe is open for a limited time in Japan
Jujutsu Kaisen has opened a number of themed cafes in Japan since its launch in 2018, but this time will take the next set of themed restaurants for granted.
The newest Jujutsu Kaisen cafe will begin accepting orders from October 19, 2023 and will open in four locations: Two in Tokyo, one in Osaka and one in Nagoya, each themed around the Ring. The Shibuya Incident arc is currently being adapted into an anime.
The first cafe will (unsurprisingly) be located at Gems Shibuya and will be open from October 19, 2023 to January. Then, the second store will open at building 109 in Shibuya from November 16 to January 21, 2024.
HEP FIVE’s shopping mall will host the Osaka cafe, opening from October 26, 2023 to January 28, 2024. The fourth and final location will open at the Shop Monday Nagoya Lachic and will accept orders from October 26 to December 17, 2023.
In a statement shared with PR Times, a spokesperson for the cafe held: “In 2023, a cafe themed on the second season of the television anime’Jujutsu Kaisen’ was opened in August , attracting many tourists.”
“Now, we decided to continue with the cafe theme, telling the story of ‘Shibuya Incident’, set in the area around Shibuya Station, which is crowded on Halloween, and is the story of a unprecedented large-scale battle between witches, spellcasters, and the souls of the dead.”
