The previous chapter depicted Yuji entering the inner world of the evil spirit Sukuna in the hope of rescuing his teammate Megumi, who was doomed to failure. Yuta protects Yuji by absorbing Sukuna’s devastating attack, which leaves Yuta horribly cut in half.
However, Maki Zen’in intervened suddenly at the crucial moment to slash Sukuna with her Katana Split Soul.

The rumored title for the upcoming Jujutsu Kaisen Chapter 252 is “Inhuman Makyo Shinjuku Showdown, Part 24.”
Yuta survives serious injuries thanks to Rika’s help In Jujutsu Kaisen Chapter 252
This chapter is said to open with a quick flashback of Ino, Maki, and Kusakabe observing Yuta’s Domain fence from the outside. They predicted it could shatter immediately and were prepared for Maki to intervene.
Ino wonders if more people should join the Domain, but Kusakabe thinks it’s too risky. Infiltrating them could destabilize the Domain and alert Sukuna to their intentions. As Maki prepares to fight, Kusakabe cheers her on while refusing Ino’s request for him to participate.
When the Domain fell, Kusakabe instructed Maki to wait for a signal from Yuta to determine the optimal time to step in.
Currently, in the leaked pages, Rika is said to be clinging to a seriously injured Yuta until Ui Ui transports him, possibly to Shoko for treatment. This implies that Yuta survives with the ability to be healed.
Sukuna discovers Yuta’s plan
When Maki tried to slash Sukuna with his katana, he narrowly dodged. Sukuna realizes Yuta intentionally destroyed his own Domain like the signal Kusakabe mentioned.
Furthermore, Sukuna discovered that the wounds caused by Maki’s Split Soul Katana could not be healed as easily as his other wounds.
Chapter 252 leaks indicate that any cuts from the mystical sword are resistant to healing through standard Curse Reverse Technique (RCT). One must directly heal the soul, which requires a clear awareness of one’s own soul’s shape in order to distinguish it.
Due to his extensive history of possession, Sukuna has honed his ability to vividly map his soul and separate it from its vessel. However, battle damage from Gojo is currently preventing Sukuna from healing himself, as soul healing requires more Cursed Energy than regular RCT.
Meanwhile, Yuji Itadori tries to rejoin the fight to save Megumi but falls down and coughs up blood from the strain.
Yuji uses the Blood Manipulation Technique
Even though Yuji regularly uses RCT, he still hasn’t healed himself properly due to his lack of experience learning it just a month ago. However, Choso calmly guided Yuji to circulate blood throughout his body to each vein.
Meanwhile, Sukuna tries to take Maki’s katana but she deflects him. He destroyed a structure and threw it at Maki, taking advantage of his obscured vision to slash at her, but she dodged it.
Sukuna realized Maki understood her Technique better than most witches. He compares facing her to fighting Mahoraga in Shibuya.
Despite Maki stabbing him in the heart, Sukuna still forced his blood to circulate with Curse Energy, just like he did with Yuji’s body before. Maki questions if he can maintain this while fighting her. Sukuna affirms that he has no problems at present.
The leak then shifts to Hakari vs. Uraume. Hakari said Sukuna’s original form was not as scary as expected.
Uraume counters that Sukuna simply lacks concern for his current enemy and has not revealed his full power even after fighting Gojo. Then, a strange, shadowy figure of Sukuna loomed before Maki’s eyes.
Finally, it was reported that there will be no time off next week. The manga will celebrate its 6th anniversary with a color change, launch of its 4th popularity poll, and a Weekly Shonen Jump cover feature.
