A promotional video was released after the airing of the final episode Jujutsu Kaisen Part 2 on December 28, 2023, it was revealed that a sequel to the anime is being produced at studio MAPPA.
The sequel will adapt the Killing Game arc. However, the next anime season has not been confirmed to be a series nor has it been called Season 3 of Jujutsu Kaisen.
According to the official website, the sequel will depict a battle between jujutsu users, orchestrated by the mysterious and evil witch, Kamo Noritoshi (fake Geto).

Jujutsu Kaisen Season 2 released on July 6, 2023, and ran for two consecutive courses.
Jujutsu Kaisen is a Japanese manga series written and illustrated by Gege Akutami. The story is currently being serialized on Weekly Shonen Jump by Shueisha as of March 2018. Chapters Jujutsu Kaisen collected and published by Shueisha, with 24 tankobon volumes released as of October 2023.
Season 1 of MAPPA’s anime adaptation aired from October 2020 to March 2021.
Film adapted from Jujutsu Kaisen prequel, Jujutsu Kaisen 0 launches in Japan in December 2021.
