Chapter #5 of JoJo’s Bizarre Adventure Season 9: The JOJOLands, Jodio manages to get the upper hand over Rohan during the Jojolands grand heist after he remembers seeing the normal-looking volcanic rock stored in a safe. along with a $6 million diamond. Deciding that it must be important, Jodio takes it and threatens to destroy it in front of Rohan, forcing him to explain the meaning of the rock. According to Rohan, the owner of this stone is blessed with luck and wealth, and seems to be tied to the “mechanics” that Jodio was so concerned with in the first chapter. Rohan allows Jodio to leave with it, on condition that he keep the rock safe at all costs, as it is unique in the world.
Jojo’s Latest Mystery Focuses on a “Lava Stone”
Fans quickly noticed that the rock’s ability to bring good luck was similar to the “Death” ability seen in season 7, Steel Ball Run. Ownership of these parts was said to bring divine luck, and Johnny Joestar finally proved it to be true. The rock has also been compared to Season 8’s Rock Humans, Jojolion, with some suggesting that this volcanic rock is part of some powerful Rock Humans. While it’s unlikely that the rock has anything to do with both previous installments, it seems likely that it will serve as the focal point of the story in the same way that Corpse Parts did.
What might be more interesting is Rohan’s apparent familiarity with Jodio’s idea of a “mechanism” in the world. The concept is still a bit confusing, but for Jodio, mechanics are an essential part of the world, and trusting them is how Jodio plans to achieve success. Rohan’s description suggests that this stone can bend mechanisms to the benefit of the owner. This may be part of the reason why Dragona Joestar can’t steal the diamond, and it keeps reappearing near Rohan: the stone’s effect on these mechanics means that no one can actually hit it. stolen from Rohan…unless they steal the stone itself, ie .
JOJOLands’ “Lava Stone” Could Be Connected To The Series’ Past Mysteries
It’s possible that this volcanic rock was the real target of the heist, and instead, Jodio and crew were set up to retrieve the fallen diamond. Now that Jodio had this rock, a lot of people were going after him, which proved to be true as the cats that followed them started approaching the end of the chapter. The rock can give Jodio everything he wants, but he still has to hold onto it, and it won’t be easy. The real plot of Jojo’s Bizarre Adventure Season 9 is finally starting to surface, and it will be interesting to learn exactly how this rock works in the coming chapters.
