Gege Akutami was a pioneer in shutting down all fan theories about Yuji having a cursed technique, starting with the Memory Manipulation technique.
And while Gojo has previously said that Sukuna's cursed technique will be carved into Itadori as time passes, the King Of Curses chose to switch bodies before we have any concrete evidence of Itadori learns Cleave or Dismantle.
Despite being the MC of the series, Black Flash and his peak physical abilities are the only attributes that stand out when it comes to Yuji. However, during the recent fight against the reincarnated Sukuna, it seems Akutami decided to equip Yuji with new powers, especially onii-chan's Blood Manipulation technique.

Does Yuji Itadori really manipulate blood?
Before I actually answer the question, let's get some context. For quite some time now, theories about Yuji having achieved or stood to gain the Blood Manipulation technique have been put forward.
It all started when the manga hinted that Itadori ate the remains of the Cursed Womb: Death Pictures before the war against Sukuna began.
On top of that, there was a very interesting conversation that took place between Itadori and Noritoshi Kamo (good boy) in a flashback shown in chapter 244.
In the aforementioned flashback, Itadori thanks Noritoshi Kamo for “teaching him a lot,” while he notes that Choso “cannot teach squats.”
Both Kamo and Choso are people who already know about Blood Manipulation, and naturally, readers speculate that if they taught Itadori something, it might be something related to Blood Manipulation.
And then, in chapter 251, when Itadori is in Yuta's domain fighting Sukuna, he causes the blood on Sukuna's face to explode. This technique is similar to Choso's supernova, adding to the theory that Itadori actually possesses blood manipulation.
And when Yuta's domain is broken, we see Choso instructing Itadori how to make blood flow through all parts of his body, possibly to help Itadori better control his blood flow, in part important to be able to control his blood!
All theories were confirmed in chapter 256, when he used blood piercing – a signature move of Blood Manipulation, on Sukuna, albeit with help from Choso.
These instances have all but confirmed that Itadori can indeed use the Blood Manipulation technique or at least some version of it.
Now, this is where another important question arises, how exactly did Itadori acquire the blood manipulation technique?
How did Itadori get the Blood Manipulation technique?
Due to Kenjaku being Itadori's mother, there are some theories that speculate that Itadori may have inherited the Blood Manipulation technique from the sorcerer.
Why? Because at some point in the past, Kenjaku also possessed the infamous and notorious Noritoshi Kamo (of the past), and they suggest that he may have decided to retain the Blood Manipulation, like him has retained Kaori Itadori's Anti-Gravity.
However, if we remember correctly, Gojo, who had the uncanny ability to decode cursed techniques with his six eyes, noted that Itadori was incapable of using jujutsu. Does that mean he cannot inherit Blood Manipulation from Kenjaku.
On top of that, Kenjaku's possession of Kamo in the past does not guarantee that the sorcerer was still carrying Blood Manipulation at the time he possessed Kaori Itadori. Because Kenjaku's innate technique is NOT Blood Manipulation.
Now that the inheritance has been ruled out, let's move on to the next option.
In the same chapter where Gojo said Itadori didn't have any innate curse techniques, he also noted that Sukuna's curse techniques could be engraved on him over time.
While the question of whether Itadori can use Sukuna's cursed technique will be discussed another time, Gojo's logic can be applied to another development that seeks to understand how Itadori manipulates blood Which technical.
As I mentioned before, there are many hints that Itadori ate the remaining Death Painting: Cursed Womb. And it was determined that the cursed womb, whose parent was Noritoshi Kamo (the villain, of course), had inherited the Blood Manipulation technique.
However, the proficiency or purity of the cursed technique has gradually decreased as the number of Cursed Wombs has increased. For example, Blood Manipulation in Eso and Kechizu has transformed into the Rot and Decomposition techniques. We can assume the same case with the other cursed wombs numbered from 4 to 9.
While the Blood Manipulation of other Death Paintings may not be as notable or strong individually, Itadori consumed all six remaining wombats, which could result in the combined effect of the Manipulation the blood was deeply engraved into him.
Even if it may not be on the same level as the current Kamo or Choso, Itadori can still gain at least a version of Blood Manipulation because of this.
His inability to perform Piercing Blood without help from Choso may indicate this (or it may be because Itadori is still learning how to do it).
TLDR; Itadori achieved blood manipulation, or at least a version of it, because he consumed the remaining six Death Paintings. This adds weight to Choso's statement about his brothers living through Itadori!
