Jiraiya is a fan favorite among the many characters in the Naruto universe. With the introduction of the original Naruto series, Jiraiya played an important role in the story and life of Naruto.
He became Naruto's family and filled his heart with joy. In addition to being an excellent teacher, Jiraiya was also an excellent ninja, terrifying Itachi and Pain. His fighting prowess earned him the title of Legendary Sannin and he was asked to be Hokage several times.

We witnessed his fighting prowess in battle against all of the Six Paths of Pain; however, another aspect of Jiraiya that is constantly mentioned in the series is his great destiny. Old Toad prophesies that Jiraiya's decision will change the fate of the world.
This was evident when Jiraiya chose to follow Naruto's path in his final moments and provide important information to Konoha. It eventually became the foundation for defeating all of the Sages of the Six Paths of Pain along with Jiraiya's teachings from his first book.

After Jiraiya's heartbreaking end, the world led by Naruto became peaceful. This peace is hindered when old demons such as Isshiki and Momoshiki awaken. The situation eventually led to Amado creating clones of various characters, one of whom was Kashi Koji.
Koji is a robot clone of Jiraiya and follows the same path as his original version. He wants to maintain peace in the world and will do anything to keep it. He is a much better user of Sage mode than Jiraiya, thus making him stronger than Jiraiya.
His fighting prowess was proven in the battle against Jigen. Although presumed dead after this battle, Koji returned with a powerful Shinjutsu, demonstrating Jiraiya's ability to change his fate.
Koji and his “Ten Directions” Shinjutsu can see all possible futures along with those that were avoided. This ability allows Koji to train Boruto and gives him a huge advantage in the battle against Code, Jura, and his teammates.
This ability seems like a shout-out to Jiraiya's extremely powerful destiny, where his decisions changed the future world and kept it from destruction. Similarly, Ten Directions allows Koji to help Boruto and protect the world from destruction.
Amado Sanzu, creator of Kashin Koji also stated that he used Jiraiya's DNA in the hope that the latter's powerful fate could lead to the downfall of Isshiki Otsutsuki. This hope came true when Koji defeated Jigen, which hindered Isshiki's plan to be reincarnated in Kawaki.
Furthermore, when Isshiki reincarnated into Jigen's body, he immediately identified Koji as a clone of Jiraiya, the man with a powerful destiny. This means that the fate in the Naruto verse is written in the genome of every living being.
This was further seen when Momoshiki met Boruto and told him that he had inherited Otsutsuki traits from both of his parents, implying that Otsutsuki could read the fate of the entire family through their genes. That explains why Momoshiki can predict Boruto's future.
The similarities between the real Jiraiya and his clone, Koji, and other characters are a storytelling masterpiece by Masashi Kishimoto.
