The previously announced Part 2 of I’ve Been Killing Slimes for 300 Years and Maxed Out My Level has revealed new visuals and a 2025 release date along with a new studio and staff. Studio Teddy is working on a sequel with Kunihisa Sugishima as director. Naohiro Fukushima is the scriptwriter and Hikaru Kodama is the character designer.

Keiji Inai returned to compose music for the second season. The cast will also reprise their roles:

- Kaede Hondo as Laika
- Sayaka Sembongi as Falfa
- Minami Tanaka plays Shalsha
- Manami Numakura as Beelzebub
- Azumi Waki as Flatorte
- Riho Sugiyama as Rosalie
- Yukari Tamura as Pecora
The first part of I Killed Slimes for 300 Years and Maximized My Levels premiered on April 10, 2021, with Revoroot in charge of animation. The anime is based on the light novel series written by Kisetsu Morita and illustrated by Benio. SB Creative published the first volume of the light novels in 2017 and currently has a total of 19 volumes with the latest volume released in December 2021. Yen Press is licensing the official English translation and description The plot is as follows: After living a miserable life as an office worker, Azusa ended her short life by dying from overwork. So when she finds herself reincarnated as an immortal, immortal witch in a new world, she vows to spend her days as stress-free and fun as possible. She makes a living hunting down the easiest targets – slimes! But after centuries of doing this simple job, she finally gained crazy powers… how can she maintain her quiet life now?!
