A new key visual and three additional cast members have been revealed for the upcoming I'm a Noble on the Brink of Ruin, So I Might as Well Try Mastering Magic television anime. The anime adaptation will begin airing in Japan in January 2025.

New cast members include Shizuka Ito as Scarlet, Takehito Koyasu as Raymond, Rie Kugimiya as the Mysterious Girl.
They join the main voice cast featuring:
• Ayumu Murase as Liam • Tomokazu Sugita as Lardon • Haruka Tomatsu as Asuna • Saori Hayami as Jodie
Kenichi Ishikura (Sakura Trick, Ongaku Shoujo) will direct the series, with Tatsuya Takahashi (The Faraway Paladin: The Lord of Rust Mountains) serving as the series' screenwriter, Midori Ootsuka (co-producer of Kamen no Maid Guy) as the character designer, and Alisa Okehazama (The Reincarnation of the Strongest Exorcist in Another World) as the composer. Studio Deen and Marvy Jack are in charge of animation production for the series.
The light novel series is written by Nazuna Miki and illustrated by Kabotya. The first volume was released by TO Books on February 10, 2020. Eight volumes have been released as of March 2024. The story began as a web novel Shosetsuka ni Naro in September 2019 and also inspired a manga adaptation by Rio Akisaki in 2020.
